Partner Eric Cwajgenbaum graduated at Cândido Mendes-Ipanema University in 2001, and was a trainee at the Penitentiary System Department from 1997 to 2000, at the Legal Department, assisting the convicts especially in criminal enforcement. He has a postgraduate degree and is an expert in Criminal Procedure and Essential Guarantees by the Academia Brasileira de Direito Constitucional; postgraduate degree in Compliance by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation; postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation; postgraduate in Constitutional Criminal Procedure by the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Professor of Criminal Law III and IV at (2009 to 2011). He gives interviews about criminal issues to various means of communications on a regular basis .
